Our feta cheese is made with our grass fed, farm fresh, full cream A2 cows milk. Feta is a traditional greek cheese which offers a salty and tangy profile, accompanied by a slightly creamy texture. The distinct zest, from being stored in brine, gives it a unique bite and aridity. Compared to other cheeses it is low in calories and fat. It also contains high amounts of B vitamins, phosphorus and calcium, which can benefit bone health. Additionally, feta contains beneficial bacteria and fatty acids.
